Find freedom from suffering and live a life of joy and presence!

This course is designed to help you free yourself from your unique flavor of suffering. We will meet weekly for one hour (hybrid virtually or in-person) to learn and practice together the path of freedom.

Through this course, Donisha Dunn, MD will share how to apply the powerful acronym ABC: to Accept your present reality, Be present with the Body, and use the power of Compassion. It will include didactic lessons, guided meditation, and question and answer sessions. And with that, you will broaden your perspective about your own mind, body, and emotions, and how you relate to the world around you. You will learn to cultivate the skills of mindfulness, meditation, and compassion, and how to apply them to your daily life.

While participation in this course does not entail a doctor-patient relationship, as an experienced psychiatrist, yoga, and meditation teacher, Dr. Dunn will provide the support, guidance, and tools that you need in order to live a more skillful and joyful life!
